Wellbeing Coaching encourages you to identify your strengths and values. Doing this will allow you to implement these in your day to day life to increase fulfilment. Coaching also supports you to identify and remove limiting beliefs that are holding you back and build resilience to overcome challenges.

Trudy provides one-to-one wellbeing coaching for teens.
Wellbeing Coaching encourages you to identify your strengths and values. Doing this will allow you to implement these in your day to day life to increase fulfilment. Coaching also supports you to identify and remove limiting beliefs that are holding you back and build resilience to overcome challenges.
Together, we’ll focus on building emotional resilience, self-awareness and mindfulness.

Packages are available for hourly, half day and daily packages. Session times can vary from 15mins - 1hr long to cause minimal disruption to your work day.

About me
Hi there,
Thanks for stumbling along my page! My name is Trudy McQuaid, I’m a yoga and well-being coach living along the wild and rugged Beara Peninsula.
I combine the ancient spiritual philosophy of yoga with modern scientific principles to support you to live full and flourishing lives.
I came to find my way supporting others with their wellbeing since my teenage years when I began volunteering in the local community. From there, I pursued a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Applied Psychology from University College Cork.
While studying, I was profoundly moved by the research that shows how effective Yoga is for improving our mental health and so I trained as a Yoga Teacher from Sacred Body Studio in Douglas.
As a positive and solution focussed person, the next logical step was to train as a Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach, completing the course with Kingstown College Dublin.
I value open and honest communication which allows us to gently challenge each other to make changes in your life. I approach each session with an open mind and curiosity. I meet each client where they’re at and provide a safe and supportive space for self-discovery.
